The exercises, one question at a time
There are seven exercises, and they run on your phone. Originally I had them as workbooks but that’s very 2000’s.
- The Choice Audit on a situation you are stuck in.
- Says Who? on a belief you have been treating as a fact.
- The pause to use when something gets to you.
- A check on where you are handing control away.
- And one each for guilt, shame and fear.
It saves as you go, so you can stop halfway. At the end it hands you your own answers, ready to paste into your notes, or into ChatGPT or Claude if you want to keep going.

Unless you still want paper
Some people do, and there is nothing wrong with a pen. Both sets are laid out to print. The Quick-Start Workbook is eight pages and the three reframes are five.
Two PDFs · A4
Put your email in and the set lands in a minute.
The same address gets you one letter a month from David: what he is working on, what worked, what did not, and the hours it took him. Nothing else is ever sent, and one click gets you out of it.
Already on the list? Put your email in anyway. It will not create a second copy of you, and if you have not had the bonuses yet, this is what sends them.
